DOOM Serial Connection Manager v1.06b  ** This is a beta version **

DOOM Serial Connection Manager is an alternative to using SETUP.EXE or
Command Line Parameters to set up Serial Connections.  It allows you to
change more options than SETUP lets you do.  It also allows you to have
up to twenty different configurations.

DSCM is small and fast due to the lack of over-colored GUI crap.  My theory
is, who the heck needs it?
