Requires Quoth (get it here http://kell.quaddicted.com/)
1. Place the e1m5quoth.bsp file in your \quake\quoth\maps directory.
2. Run Quake with the -hipnotic -game quoth options
3. Choose skill settings by typing skill 0/1/2/3
4. Load the map by typing "map e1m5quoth".
