Smart Action for HP Systems Insight Manager not imported correctly:

The Smart Action for HP SIM launches to an incorrect URL because the full URL was 
not imported correctly from the ACES file.

Open the Administrator Console and browse to Business Logic - Actions - Smart Actions.

Under Configuration Item and Incident, edit the Smart Action for HP Systems Insight 
Manager to have the following URL (replacing localhost with the name or address of 
the SIM server):

https://localhost:50000/mxportal/MxContextLaunch.jsp?systems=[Search code]&tool=DEFAULT

The hpsimsde_test script only works once:

If the test event is created and not deleted, the notice id must be changed before a new 
test event will appear.

Edit the hpsimsde_test file and change the number for the field NOTICE_ID.

For example NOTICE_ID=39978 to NOTICE_ID=39999.

Some items are not imported into the Service Desk database.

The device name is used as the search code and in some cases this may contain characters
not allowed in the search code field.

"You have typed an invalid searchcode. A searchcode may not contain spaces, wildcard characters
(*, ?, _, %) or start with a digit (0-9)."
