DESCRIPTION: This ZIP file contains System BIOS upgrade files & utility
for the HP ProLiant DL140 servers. The flash utility is a
              DOS-based program.

ENHANCEMENTS:

	- Enable future BIOS updates from within Windows
	- 10 seconds timeout if POST detects an error

NOTE: Previously, when a POST error or invalid CMOS condition is detected, you
are prompted to press a specific key to continue. With servers at remote
locations and without access, the server will sit at this prompt indefinitely.
With this new BIOS update, the server will wait 10 seconds for a key press,
and will automatically attempt to boot if no operator action is taken.

label inside the access panel for the switch location.
        	c) Press Ctrl+Home when powering-up the server.
