HP Multifunction Gigabit Server Adapter Firmware Upgrade Utility

The firmware upgrade utility runs under DOS from a bootable diskette or USB drive.

To install, copy all files and folders to a bootable diskette or USB drive.

Three commands are provided.

INSISCSI - Installs or upgrades the iSCSI boot option ROM.

This command will upgrade the iSCSI boot option ROM if the
iSCSI boot option ROM is already installed and its version
           is out of date.

This command will also install the iSCSI boot option ROM to
replace the PXE option ROM for NC37xT, NC37xF, and NC380T adapters.

INSPXE - Installs or upgrades the PXE option ROM.

This command will upgrade the PXE option ROM if the PXE option
ROM is already installed and its version is out of date.

This command will also install the PXE option ROM to replace
the iSCSI boot option ROM for NC37xT, NC37xF, and NC380T adapters.

NICFWUPG - Upgrades iSCSI boot option ROM, PXE option ROM, and Boot Code.

This command will upgrade the firmware components that are
currently installed if they are out of date.

These commands run interactively by default. For each adapter, the
current version and new version of each firmware component is compared.
If the installed version is older, you are prompted to accept the upgrade
by answering Y, or reject the upgrade with N.

The output is saved in a file named nic_fw\fwupglog.txt

Each command recognizes 1 option.
-S - Non interactive mode. Firmware is automatically updated if the installed
     version is out of date.
