This, the second public release, features a slightly reorganized Topical Core, and a new component - the Programmed Instruction Course, which walks the reader through a basic web transfer, introducing key Internet protocols along the way. New users may wish to start here, or with the Topical Core.
In the free software tradition, several compressed tar files are available for downloading - including the entire project - but everything in those files is accessible through the Web interface you're using. See Downloading Connected.
I'd like to thank all those who have expressed interest and support for this project.
