04/09/96 - Changed version to 1.5
         - Added a bit eater which can drop DTR for you
         - Added "Always On Top" and "Hide From Tasklist"
         - Stores settings in Monitor.Ini
         - Keeps Monitor.Ini in the dir of the Exe file
         - Tries not to steal focus at startup

03/25/96 - Changed version to 1.20
         - Added a pop-up menu (RtClk)
                * Frame     - toggles the frame on/off (DblClk)
                * Update    - Forces update of all indicators
                * Settings  - Shows settings dialog box
                * Save      - Saves current window position 
                * Restore   - Restores window to saved position
                * New       - Watches another port using the same code
                * Exit      - Just that! Exits the program
         - Can now be drug around w/ MB1 with or without the title bar
         - Name added to the indicators.
         - Kludge added for 115.2K people. (TNX to Alberto for pointing
            this one out!)
         - Added Settings dialog.  The only useable item is the slider;
            it controls the sampling interval to make monitor be more
            responsive (and use more CPU time!). [Unfixed Bug: Baudrate
            may not work afterwords, also, it affects *all* dialogs 
            controlled by this program]
         - Remembers where it was based on the port's name. Automatically
            saved when it is closed, and can be manually saved/restored
            using the menu.

03/13/96 - Changed version to 1.10
         - Added "About..." to show verion information
         - Added ability to hide titlebar.

03/05/96 - First release (v1.00) limited to beta testers.

