First off, you'll have to read the documentation to figure out what ST/R stands for. It is somewhat amusing.
Otherwise, ST/R seems fairly straight forward, having much the same structure as
AABBS, and a similar look and feel to CMBBS.
It's a rather colorful system, although fairly primitive in most ways, as can be
seen from the message structure shown here, though the support of MCI commands
in the messages is an interesting little bonus.
