How to run this under NT based versions of Windows
==================================================

1.
Install SoundFX

A patch against the stupid time limit is easy to locate.

Don't use VDMSound. Its SB digi emulation may be OK, the FM chip emulation certainly is not.

2.
Recommended SoundFX settings
FM synth: emulated 44 kHz
Sound buffer: 75 ms
FM music cache: 8 ms

3.
Run my tracker in a DOS box with some EMS memory (1 MB is enough).

To activate EMS memory, right-click on the tracker executable, click on "Properties" and,
under the "Memory" tab, select the desired amount in the EMS dropdown. Then start the tracker from
the PIF that is created (the thing with the icon that reads "MS-DOS").

Note to users that run it under Windows 9x with a generic soundcard

If the music sounds weird, it's your soundcard's fault, not mine.
