DOWNLOADING THE UPDATE
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save
   the downloaded file.


EXTRACTING THE UPDATE
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1.  Click Start --> Search.
2.  Type 65ch04ww.exe in the "Search Box"
    This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3.  Double-click the 65ch04ww.exe icon.
4.  Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
5.  Click Next.
6.  Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to
    C:\DRIVERS\VISTA32\INTELINF
7.  Click Next. The necessary files will be extracted to your
    hard drive.
8.  Click Finish.


INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE IN INTERACTIVE MODE                           
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Use this program to detect and configure the INTEL chipset  after 
installing the base operating system and supplement files.

 Installation:
 1. Close any running applications.
 2. Run the InstallShield* installation program in INTELINF folder.
       Windows Vista:     infinst_autol.exe
 3. You will be prompted to agree to the license agreement.
    If you do not agree, the Installer will exit before
    extracting any files.
 4. Follow the on-screen instructions and use the default
    settings to complete the setup, once the operating
    system has rebooted.
 5. This completes the installation of the Intel(R) Chipset
    Software Installation Utility.


INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE IN SILENT MODE                                
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unattended installation (common for Windows Vista):

 Run infinst_autol.exe with the command line flags as follows.
       Windows Vista:     INFINST_AUTOL.EXE -A -A (optional -P)
