H164722:  SERVER DIAGNOSTICS WILL HANG IF USB DEVICE IS ATTACHED


 SYMPTOM:

 Diagnostics will not run with USB device attached to the
 Server.

 PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:

 - The system is any one of the following Netfinity servers:

      Netfinity 5500 server, Type 8660, all Models.
      Netfinity 5500 M10 server, Type 8661, all Models.
      Netfinity 7000 M10 server, Type 8680, all Models.

 - The system Hangs when running Diagnostics.


 FIX:

 No fix planned

 WORKAROUND:

 To run diagnostics do the following:

   1. Shutdown your operating system and turn off the server.

   2. Disconnect any USB devices from the server.

   3. Ensure a standard keyboard and standard mouse is
      connected to the server.

   4. Restart your server.
   5. Run Diagnostics.
